Without Faith, You Will Lose!
Updated: Aug 12, 2020

When our unbelief that God will handle things take over, it becomes impossible to walk the full path of our destiny amidst the storms. If you believe in God yet not have the belief that He is fully capable of resolving the issues in our lives, how can you project out of your mouth that you are a woman or man of faith? Without relinquishing full control to the Father that created you, faith OF Him existing without faith IN Him, will cause you to lose in life. Without Faith, you will not win.
I love how before it is time to write down a blog, I am absolutely blank in the brain (lol). The ideas seem to come at me in a time where it causes me to hit the dead line. No matter what, I always have Faith that God will give me what is needed to write down at just the right time. Never late, never too early but always on time.
Now, others may look at the title of the blog this week and instantly “feel some kind of way”. How can you say I will not win at life just because I don’t have the faith that God will not come through? The answer to that is, our whole life is designed by the Creator to always operate in Faith. Faith that He will provide, faith that He called us, faith that He loves us, faith that He will protect, and faith that no matter how many times our flesh fails that after repentance, He will forgive us. If we have faith that He does these things, why can’t we have faith that our path is intricately designed? He knows the times we procrastinate, we put our significant others in front of the assignment, and when we appoint our pride to be our spokesperson. All of these, I call them “growing tactics”, do lead to a divine appointment but for a lot of us we quit while fighting. We unstrap our gloves and throw them out the window hoping for the day where we will never need them again. Do you know without those boxing gloves protecting you, you will lose the fight? This whole Christian walk consist of fight after fight after fight. It never ends!
For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12
We give up and God then has no room to work, simply because we lack the faith that He will help us through. All He wants is to hear you say “Father, I am in this fight of my life, I am stuck in this place, I’m tired, I am about to lose my mind, I cannot find the strength to move forward and I need your help to get me through”. God wants to know if you have the faith that He will be right there in battle with you. If you don’t have faith, again, you will not win.
Faith, from the Webster Dictionary states:
Faith: complete trust or confidence in someone or something. firm belief in something for which there is no proof.
In Hebrew 11:1 in the Amplified Bible states
Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses]. Hebrew 11:1
I remember the time when I was in my breaking point some years ago, I literally was about to lose my mind. I had no choice but to ask God to help me. I went to far up a ladder and in the middle of me not seeing the end in sight and determined to not climb back down, I needed my Father to help me finish climbing. I pleaded and prayed to the God that I could not lay my hands on nor hear with my physical ears to help me. Yes, I had faith that God exist but I had to reach out and rely on the faith IN Him to bring me out of that dark place. He not only took care of the situation but He changed me in the process. The rain that the storms produce while “kicking up dust” and blowing things around ,are needed for you to grow.
For a lot of you out there, your choice is to bypass leaning on God and will lean on others that may lead you to hell that have no hell or heaven to put you in or just quit all together and climb back down to the ground after getting halfway up that ladder. We proclaim out of our mouths that He is EVERYTHING to us when in the back of our minds we say He is EVERYTHING to us but our problem solver. Where is the other half of your faith?
In this day and time, we need to cling and lean on the voice and direction of God like never before. Start off first by asking God what you are purposed to do and don’t stop there! Ask the who’s, what, and where’s. Stay in constant communication with Him through prayer and the Bible. Doing these things are in fact proof that you not only have faith that He exist but you have faith IN Him. With that faith, you will WIN.
